Thank you for taking the time to look at our website. We hope that you find what you are looking for and also that you feel at home. Explore, browse, stay awhile, we are just country folks that make hams, and made this website so that our friends (no matter where they live) can visit us as often as they like. We will update pictures regularly so visit often. Right now our hams are in the 'hot' room, where they have to stay for 40 days. After that, they have to be certified by the USDA, then they can be sold to you, our friends. You may find pictures of children working with our hams on this site. We are not using child labor, they are 4-H kids and each one gets to cure 2 hams and present whichever ham they think is the best to the county fair and hopefully the state fair. Then they can eat their other ham and any non winning hams (they taste just as delicious as their winning counter parts).
